Prosource Window and Door Insulating Foam Sealant delivers high-yield coverage with a one-component polyurethane formula engineered for professional sealing and filling. Its moisture-resistant design expands to fill gaps, creating a durable, airtight, and water-resistant barrier. Ideal for sealing, filling, and insulating around windows and doors, as well as filling cracks, sealing roof voids, and tackling a wide range of construction projects. Available in both gun-type and straw-type dispensers for maximum application control.

- Optimal processing temperature: 64°F to 77°F
- Temperature resistance (cured foam): -22°F to 176°F
- Bonds to most construction materials, including concrete, masonry, metal, wood, and plastic (will not bond to teflon or silicone)
- Once cured, foam is non-toxic and chemically inert
USES
- Apply seals around windows, doors, siding, and baseboards
- Fill cracks, joints, and gaps around pipes, vents, utility lines, and electrical outlets
- Seal and insulate gaps between sole plates and concrete slabs
- Block drafts and moisture around attic hatches and crawl space openings
- Fill spaces around HVAC ductwork and dryer vents
DIRECTIONS
- Wear protective gloves, goggles, and work clothes during use
- Clean surfaces of dirt, grease, and dust, then lightly moisten the cavity
- Use only when ambient and can temperatures are between 41°F and 104°F
- Shake the can for 2 minutes before use
- Remove the cap and screw the gun or applicator onto the can
- Hold the can upside down with the tube aimed at the far end of the cavity, then slowly press the trigger to dispense foam; test on a scrap surface before application
- Fill the cavity approximately 40% to allow for expansion
- Use Prosource Foam Cleaner to remove excess uncured foam from the nozzle and valve
- Foam becomes tack-free in approximately 20 minutes and fully cures in 24 hours
- Once cured, foam can be trimmed, painted, sanded, plastered, grouted, or caulked
